Groundbreaking Ceremony Marks Official Start of BDO Greenhills Missouri Development

On July 15, 2026, BDO Unibank, together with its project partners and stakeholders, formally broke ground for the BDO Greenhills Missouri project at San Juan City. The ceremony marked the official start of construction of the three-storey commercial building with two basement levels with Devex Incorporated serving as the project’s General Contractor.

The event brought together representatives from BDO, Devex Incorporated, project consultants, and other stakeholders to celebrate a significant milestone in BDO’s continued investment to better serve its clients and the surrounding community.

In his welcome message, Joseph Landig, Team Head of BDO, lauded the collective effort that brought the project to this milestone, “Today marks the official start of the development and reflects the hard work, dedication, and collaboration of everyone involved.”

He also recognized the contributions of BDO’s management and project team, consultants WBS Incorporated, Aidea, SY² + Associates, Inc., Menhardt, Devex Incorporated, and other stakeholders.

Representing Devex Incorporated, Clarke Ng, Chief Operating Officer, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to delivering the project with quality and collaboration at the forefront, “As the General Contractor for this project, we will make sure that we implement the project in the best way we can. There will be challenges, but these can be overcome when we work together toward a common goal.”

As construction progresses, the BDO Greenhills Missouri project represents another milestone in BDO’s continued expansion and a shared commitment among all project partners to deliver a quality development that will serve the community for years to come.
