G1 Parking Building Breaks Ground in San Juan City to Improve Access to Government Services

The City Government of San Juan officially marked the groundbreaking of the G1 Parking Building on October 13, 2026, led by Mayor Francis Zamora. The project will feature a three-storey structure with 53 car parking slots, three office spaces, and one commercial space, providing additional parking capacity for residents and visitors conducting transactions at nearby government offices.

Located beside the existing G1 Building in Barangay Greenhills, the new facility is intended to support easier access to essential public services. The G1 Building serves as the home Barangay Greenhills, the Commission on Elections–National Capital Region (COMELEC-NCR), the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) San Juan, and various city government offices. With multiple government agencies operating within the complex, the additional parking facility aims to address the parking needs of constituents visiting the area.

During the ceremony, Mayor Zamora expressed his appreciation for the support of the San Juan City Council, emphasizing the importance of using public funds responsibly for projects that benefit more residents. The G1 Parking Building reflects the city government’s continuing efforts to improve public facilities and make government services more accessible and convenient for the people of San Juan.
